First the adventure begins at the federally protected marine preserve called Los Arcos, or The Arches. This group of granite islands was named Los Arcos because of the numerous natural arches and caverns that can be found carved into the stone surfaces. The constant pummeling of the isles' surface by the elements has naturally carved these formations into the granite bases of these islands. This government-protected aquatic sanctuary became a well-known diving destination as a result of its amazing submerged granite formations and its kaleidoscopic array of sea life, including Parrot Fish, Damsels, Puffers, Mantas, Sea Horses, Lobsters, and Octopi among others.

Sit on deck and sip a beverage as we then travel to Animas, an unspoiled seascape with a sheltered cove and gorgeous stretches of sugary sand where you can sunbathe, participate in beach games, and explore the water by kayak. Of course, this fantastic stop also offers excellent snorkeling opportunities. You can also stroll down a forest path to witness the unique flora and fauna that are indigenous to the area.

Then, on the final stop of this amazing maritime excursion, you'll be transported to At Quimixto, a charming fishing village, you can stroll from the snow-white sand of a perfect beach, along a jungle trail, to a waterfall. You even have the option of renting a horse to walk the trail. After working up a sweat hiking or horseback riding, be sure to cool off in the clear waters of the pool just below the falls.
